We have released a full rework of the "Reports" page.
The layout is now consistent with other pages, with the ability to customise columns and filters as necessary.
Creating reports
If you do not have any pre-existing templates, all information is displayed in "Everything else" section. Any pre-existing templates can be found in the template dropdown menu.
To start splitting your data up, click the "+" to add a section.
You can define what is in each section by adding filters and choosing which columns you want to show.
All sections will have the same layout unless you click "customise layout".
Note: Some items are coloured red. This is to indicate that they don't have any kits linked.
You need to save your template once you have set up the required layout. Templates can be shared across projects, saving you time on future estimates.
All sections will appear in your report. If you want to omit a section from the report, click "Exclude".
Expanded product view
We have also made it possible to show an expanded product view for your items.
By default, templates will show your information based on the item name from your takeoff – with one row per item.
Checking "Expanded products view" in the "Options" dropdown menu will expand the information and itemise your products– with one row per product for each item.
Download reports
Similar to the other pages, you can download the report using the download button.
Any previously downloaded reports can be found in the "Previous report" button.
